We provide styling, photography and company branding services for your images

- 1 hour duration.
- 10 images delivered via weTransfer. A variety of face close-up images provided.
- 2 business days turnaround time images ready for transfer.
- Make-up & hair styling excluded.
- Public Indoor/ Outdoor location.
- Wardrobe sourcing excluded. Client to bring own clothes for 3 different outfits.
- Color Grading & Skin Retouching.
- 50% deposit required 4 days prior to shoot date to secure booking. Remaining 50% due day after shoot date. Images are sent after invoice is settled.
- 15% surcharge fee is charged on quotations for images required within 2 days from shoot date.
Update LinkedIn profile, employee card, website profile, and general social media platforms.

- 25 images delivered via weTransfer. A variety of portraits, full length, landscape and close-up images provided.
- 3 business days turnaround time from day after the shoot date.
- Make-up & hair styling included.
- Rented Studio / Rented Outdoor location if required.
- Wardrobe sourcing included. 5 looks styled and sourced for client. Client can also bring clothes from their own wardrobe.
- *Logo Branding: Overlaying company logo or copy on to images available on request.

Client Cancellations:
- More than 7 days prior to the shoot: If the client cancels or reschedules the session more than 7 days before the scheduled shoot, the client will receive a full refund of any deposits paid, or may reschedule without penalty.
- Within 7 days of the shoot: Cancellations or rescheduling within 7 days of the shoot will result in forfeiture of 50% of the session fee or deposit unless the session is rescheduled at the time of cancellation.
- Within 48 hours of the shoot: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the entire session fee or deposit.
Photographer Cancellations:
- If the photographer has to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, emergency), the client will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Weather Policy (for outdoor shoots):
- In case of inclement weather, the photographer reserves the right to reschedule outdoor sessions. The client will be notified in advance, and rescheduling will be offered at no extra charge.
No-Show Policy:
- If the client does not show up for the scheduled session without prior notice, the entire session fee or deposit will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals:
- If the client arrives late to the session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. No extra time will be added unless agreed upon in advance, and additional fees may apply for extended time.
